Session Description

A recent survey found that 75% of the workforce won’t work in a traditional office by 2020. With advances in technology, the office can be almost anywhere. Designing an office culture and strategies to support this change will be a challenge that all organizations will need to address to retain and support their staff. To tackle global issues, it is important to also know how to collaborate, plan and organize across geographic boundaries. Using our successful virtual office structure and examples from our work developing digital strategies for clients, we will provide best practices to create flexible remote work options and avoid common mistakes. We also will share simple strategies to support a mixed office structure and culture that allows remote and satellite workers and volunteers to feel connected.
